Avocado, Mango and Dill Salad


You can’t just beat that summer salad! This is sooo delicious and doesn’t leave your feeling at all bloated – super ideal for hot months when you are sitting on your balcony or terrace:)

Serves 2

60 g baby spinach leaves or any salad leaves

2 tbsp. olive oil

Juice of 1 lime or lemon

half ripe avocado, diced

200 g mango, diced

10 g dill, chopped

2 small garlic cloves, grated

2,5 cm red chilli, finely sliced to garnish

sprouts or cucumber to garnish


Let’s do it!


Toss the baby spinach leaves with the olive oil, lime juice, salt and arrange in a bowl.


Place the avocado and mango, most of the dill and the garlic in a separate bowl and mix together. Spoon onto the spinach and serve immediately, garnished with the chilli, sprouts and the remaining dill. Enjoy!
