The taste of warm corn on the cob is hard to beat on a summer day, and it makes a great side dish to fish or chicken. Children will love it!
4 corns on the cob
ghi butter or coconut oil
70g feta cheese made from sheep’s milk (eg, Albena)
2 cloves of garlic
1. Heat the oven to 180 C
2. Clean the corns, rinse and dry. Top each cob with butter, salt, dry basil and garlic. Wrap each cob in several layers of foil. Bake for about 40 minutes. During the baking, turn a couple of times.
3. Open each cod and add cheese. Now you can re-wrap the corn and put for another three minutes in the oven, or immediately bring to the table.
