Balls with Dry Apricots, Cinnamon and Coconut.


Such balls – simple and fast option for a sweet snack without flour, sugar and milk.  You can endlessly change the ingredients, add different spices and seeds, dried berries or cocoa.



  • 100 g raw almonds
  • 100 g dried apricots
  • 5 tsp. of coconut
  • 1.5 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp.  of honey
  • 1 tbsp. of lemon juice
  • pinch of salt

+ Extra coconut 

In a blender  grind together almonds, then add coconut and mix again.  Send dried apricots to nuts.  Add cinnamon, lemon juice and salt. Once again, mix everything together in a blender. Finally add honey and mix with a fork. Roll the balls and sprinkle each with coconut flakes. Dessert is ready!
