Last week was really crazy. We were ill. And it was sunny outside! Finally spring came and we were at home…. TOYS WERE EVERYWHERE!!! So…I decided to make cookies. Those are such great cookies for small hands! This is a simple recipe with basic ingredients and a taste that everyone will enjoy! I know, I know SUGAR + COOKIES = MORE CRAZY…But who cares….
We need the following ingredients

2. 225 g flour

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. The dough must become elastic. Can add few drops of cold water. Wrap it with cling film and place into the refrigerator for about 40-60 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 210-220 degrees. .Roll dough .5cm (1/4 in) thick on a floured surface. Cut with floured pastry cutters. Place on baking tray. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
