Best 4 Morning Smoothies

Smoothies can make a complete meal and contain a good balance of nutrients including proteins, carbohydrates and fiber. As the first meal of the day is such a important one,smoothies provide the perfect start. Those four are my favorite. They are tasty, nutritious, and quick and easy to prepare. Enjoy!

 

VITAMIN C JUICE

3 oranges

1 grapefruit

150 g strawberries

1 frozen banana

Mix together

BLUEBERRY MUESLI SMOOTHIE

200 g fresh or frozen blueberries

1 cup organic yogurt

1 cup organic milk/water

1/2 cup muesli

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extracts

Mix together.

TROPICAL FRIUTS

1 mango

1 frozen banana

1 cup organic yogurt

2 tablespoon blanched almonds

1 cup fresh orange juice

Mix together

200 g frozen/fresh blueberries

1/2 cuo muesli

200 g fresh apple juice
