Black currant berries are so typical here in Central Europe. It is very rich in taste and has very high amounts of vitamin C. Try it when you get a chance! It’s a little bit sour which makes a ripe banana the perfect sweetener.
200 ml black currant berries ( fresh or frozen )
1 large banana ( fresh or frozen )
150 ml water or coconut water
some ice cubes if you are using fresh fruits.
