Chocolate Almond Cake with Plums

So…today I want to offer very very chocolate cake with plums. I love it so much. My only advice to those who decide to try  – please take as many plums as possible!

Ingredients:
140 grams of butter
3 egg
160 g of sugar
100 g almond flour or refined ground almonds
160 g of dark chocolate
280 g of flour
160 ml mil
 2 tablespoons cocoa
10 g of baking powder
pinch of salt
vanilla
10 plums
Icing sugar for dusting
Preparation:
Melt chocolate in the microwave or oven, add butter. Can be melt together. Allow to cool.

While the chocolate cools beat eggs with sugar.  Add chocolate and butter. Mix. Add milk and stir.
Add to flour mixture and a pinch of salt and cocoa. Then add the almond flour or ground almonds. If the dough is very thick, you can add more milk.

The dough should have consistency like thick cream.

Take the form. Grease with flour or cocoa.  Put in the dough.

Now plums: For this cut plums into halves, remove the pit and cut each half into two parts.  Put on the top.

Bake in a preheated oven (170C-180C ) for 60 minutes.
Finish with icing sugar.  Bon appetite!!!!!!!
