Those chocolate pistachio truffles will simply melt in your mouth. This easy dessert can be made in a matter of minutes. Vegan, gluten free and grain free.
100 g chocolate ( milk or dark )
60 g pecan butter or hazelnut butter
30 g chopped fine pistachios
50 g chopped pistachios for coating
Melt chocolate. Add pecan butter and chopped pistachios
A ball of dough will form
Spread icing sugar onto a plate.
Roll the dough into any shape you like, then roll the balls through the chopped pistachios.
Once that is done, place truffles on a lined baking sheet or inside the box.
After, stick truffles into the fridge to firm up.
