In winter, when our body needs vitamins you can recharge your batteries with this raspberry tea. It is brewed from twigs and a handful of raspberries. Beautiful color, pleasant aroma and awesome taste! Enjoy!
Raspberry leaves or twigs – 15-20 g
Water- 1.5 L
Green tee – 4 full tsp.
Raspberries (or raspberry jam) – to taste
Honey or agave sirup – to taste
Twigs or leaves wash under running water, put in a pot, cover with cold water and put on fire.
Bring to a boil, add green tea and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Pour berries, cover and let stand for 10-15 minutes.
Pour into cups and add honey or agave sirup.
Can add fresh berries.
Very tasty and very fragrant! No wonder our grandmothers still drink only this tea in winter time.
