Training tips that work for me

 

SCHEDULE IT

I write my weekly workout sessions in the calendar a week in advance. This way, I have time for the training, no matter how busy I get!

GET THE KIDS MOVING

Setting a healthy example for my children is so important to me. My husband and I organize a dancing party at home or go biking or swimming Β with my son few times a month.

HAVE A CHEAT DAY

Twice a month I treat myself to something sweet at a nice restaurant. And I will always share the meal with whomever I am out with to control calories:)

CHALLENGE YOURSELF

To prevent fitness fatigue, I set milestones for myself every month.Β 

EAT BEFORE BREAKING A SWEAT

It is really important to give your body the energy it needs to get through a tough workout. I usually make sure to eat a protein bar, a handful of nuts, or yogurt with granola 20 minutes before exercising.
