These raw food bites make a wonderful snack and a healthy natural alternative to processed chocolate or other refined sugar-filled treats. Not only are they easy to make, they are also cheaper than similar raw bars available to buy.
- 200 g almonds
- 50 g hazelnuts
- 2 tsp poppy seeds
- 2 tsp honey
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- extra poppy seeds
- Process all nuts until well ground.
- Add honey, lemon juice, poppy seeds and salt. Mix together until mixture starts to clump together.
- Squeeze and roll the mixture into balls. Coat with the seeds and store in the fridge.
