I have made a top 5 of places in Prague, where you can get the finest bio & organic products in town! Plus one e-shop.
1. Country Life
This is the first post-revolution health food wholesalers in the Czech Republic that sells 100% organic & bio food and other products.
You can find everything you need here. They have a cosmetic department as well. Furthermore they sell sandwiches, and you can go to their organic cafeteria, where you can get yourself a delicious lunch.
2. Bio obchod
has a standard selection of health-store goods, plus organic wines, freshly ground spelt coffee, and various Japanese cooking ingredients. They also carry organic bath and body products.
3. Farmers’ Markets in Prague
Spring has hit Prague, evidenced by longer days, rapidly blossoming trees, and another, newer cue – farmers´ markets. In mid-March, rows of booths began appearing regularly in some of the capital´s large public spaces. The concept of buying sausages, cheese or vegetables directly from the farmer rather than from a shop or supermarket took off only very recently; the first market was held on 20 March 2010 in Dejvice, Prague 6. Around 15,000 people visited the market, highlighting the great demand in the capital for a farmers´ market.
4. Bio Zahrada
Very nice place with café, They offer organic groceries, vegetables and fruits, meat and cleaning products.
This healthy food shop quickly became a favorite for its good choice of organic fruits and vegetables, cow and goat dairy products, and teas.
6. Fresh Bedynky
They are my love:) they deliver organic products from the farms to your house. You can choose the Box Type, Size and Delivery Frequency that best fits your lifestyle. Delivery Frequency can be weekly, every other week or every 3 or 4 weeks. There’s no commitment and you can change your service as your needs change. In their emails you will also find recipes from me:)
