Strawberry Cake with Whipped Cream, White Chocolate and Lemon Flavour

Today I will make something really special. I want you to try this totally awesome cake. Crispy base, delicate cream, sweet strawberries, lemon and white chocolate. It is so delicious!!! This recipe was made specially for FRESHBEDYNKY.CZ and almost all ingredients are in organic quality.

 

 

Ingredients:

250 g puff pastry

200 ml cream (48% fat)

Organic vanilla

1/3 cup icing sugar

400 grams of strawberries – organic quality

Lemon zest from the quarter of  organic lemon

30 g white organic chocolate

Icing powder for decoration

 

Preparation

Roll the dough in a rectangular layer and bake in a pre-heated to 200 C oven for 25 minutes BUT!!!!

Lay the dough on a baking sheet then –

put another sheet of baking paper on dough then –

another baking sheet on the top and –

some ceramic kitchenware on the top.

 

Now you can be sure that the cake will not rise and will be really crispy.

Once the cake is baked cool it for a few minutes.

Make cream. Whip cream with icing sugar and vanilla. Stir in strawberries cut into large pieces, add the lemon zest and mix gently. Put into the refrigerator.

Now the cake.

Trim uneven edges, cut into three equal strips.

Let ‘s go on a cake.

 

Put one strip – cream – sprinkle with grated white chocolate.

Second strip cream, chocolate, and third strip.

Leave in refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Cut into equal squares with a sharp knife. Even the edges and sprinkle the cake with icing sugar and garnish with a whole strawberry and mint!
