Those roses are made by my mother. Every year on my birthday my mum was cooking them for me. Roses are easy to prepare and your guest will be surprised by such great desert. Enjoy!
200-250 g flour
2 tbs. sugar
1 egg white
350 ml sunflower oil
Mix together eggs, flour, salt and sugar
Now lets do the roses. Roll out the dough and cut circles – big, smaller and the smallest ones.
Connect circles together with beated egg white using small brush.
Cut the circles as in the picture, leaving the middle part connected.
Heat the oil in the pan. Start by putting 2 – 3 roses inside. Cook until golden. I am using sushi sticks. 2 forks will be good as well.
Finish with icing sugar and enjoy!!!!!
