What about water?

Since good skin always start from within, don’t forget to  hydrate your skin by drinking plenty of clean water.

Drinking water is one of the simplest thing to do in order to stay healthy, just carry a bottle whenever you are going outside. It would be great to form a habit of drinking 8 glasses of water daily. Apart from that, you should also have a glass of water whenever you thirsty or hungry. Herbal tea is also good when it is really cold. By doing this, your skin will definitely have a healthy glow since water stimulates the circulation of blood which aid’s body’s elimination process.

In the morning I always drink warm water with lemon. And during the day my phone helps me to stay hydrated. I prefer waterlogged  application on my iPhone, or in case you have Android – its here – waterlogged.
