Workout Plan for This Week


Good morning everyone. Are you ready for another week? Boy am I! Last week was not so productive and I hope to behave better this week. So today I will start with 45 minutes on the treadmill followed by 30 minutes of strength training on my abs and arms.

Fitness goals: I actually trying to plan different goals for each week and it can be something as simple as 5 workouts, two good long runs and 3 interval sessions. Regarding goals for this week, I have one extra – yoga. There are days when you just need some extra stretching, extra focus on breathing and core muscles.


You know, there are days when I don’t have energy to get out of the bed. Well. You’re not allowed to give up. You were given a life and you are supposed to live it. Positive thoughts about my body, my health and my mood always help. I also love to imagine how  shower is waiting for me : ) One small positive thought is sometimes just enough! In most cases it makes a big difference and pushes me from NO to YES. I rarely regret a session.  An active start of the week is here. Have a lovely start of the week♥ you.
